1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LaunchRCA (operated by Real Capital Automation Inc., "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

LaunchRCA provides website design, hosting, and digital marketing services for small businesses. We generate custom website previews based on information you provide. Previews are illustrative — final site content, images, and pricing are placeholders until activated.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly recurring subscription.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services unless required by applicable law.

4. Website Preview

The website preview generated for your business is a demonstration only. It is not a live, indexed, or publicly accessible website until you activate your subscription. Preview links expire after 24 hours. We reserve the right to delete unactivated previews at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and activation, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the website we build for you. We retain ownership of our proprietary platform, templates, and tools. You retain ownership of content you provide to us (logos, photos, business information).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the website will achieve any specific business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Capital Automation Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
